My stay at Best Stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing valuable information on getting around town and exploring different beaches. They even went out of their way to suggest activities to enhance our itinerary. One morning, we ordered breakfast while waiting for our shuttle. Despite the shuttle arriving early and us needing to leave, the host understood our situation and insisted we didn't have to pay for the food. The genuine care and attention from the hostel's hosts truly made our stay memorable. I highly recommend Best Stay and would definitely stay there again.

The location of this budget hostel was perfect for my Christmas stay in Phuket. It was conveniently situated near the bus terminal, making it easy to catch local buses to the beaches and explore the town. Additionally, it was just a short walk from the market, so I could easily sample local delicacies and soak in the festive atmosphere. Another advantage I enjoyed was the friendly staff who welcomed me with a warm cup of tea and fresh fruit upon arrival.

Located right in the center, Best Stay Hostel is the perfect base to explore the different beaches and the last stop in the old town. The rooms are equipped with shower gel and shampoo, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff offers all kinds of useful information and the owner is amazing, friendly, and always smiling.

The breakfast consists of only 2 slices of bread with a tiny bit of butter and jam and two bananas, which could be improved.

Despite the negatives, the hostel did have a good location, close to some attractions and convenient for exploring the city. the presence of a café on the ground floor was a nice touch, providing a space to relax and enjoy complimentary tea or coffee. However, these small advantages were overshadowed by the overall poor quality of the hostel.

Perfect retrieval for if you want your own personal and comfortable space. The beds are like private cocoons with curtains, power plugs, and lights. The common area is stylish and there is a relatively cheap and good restaurant on the ground floor. The owner is very friendly and enthusiastic. He pays a lot of attention to detail and quality, especially when it comes to the food. The hostel is clean, new, and comfortable. There are also many DVDs and board games available for entertainment.

There were some negative aspects during my stay. The air conditioning in the room didn't work on the first night and the bed bugs were a real issue.
